In our modern, purpose built factories, our aim is to consistently satisfy our customers by ensuring that the products and services meet the contractual requirements of quality and safety and that these products are delivered on time.

All levels of production are monitored for prevention of faults rather than detection, starting from raw materials to finished goods ready for dispatch. Our onsite mini- laboratories help ensure both quality and safety standards are consistently met.

The skills and attributes of our employees are our biggest asset and we support this with continuous training, correct tools and equipment to complete the job accurately, and a health and safety environment second to none.

Commitment at all levels to getting it right first time is essential. Each operator is set individual visual standards to work against and inline quality control monitors each operation against these agreed standards.

Each operation is handled with care at the in-house premises starting from the pattern making stage, lay planning, fabric inspection, cutting, stitching, quality control, AQL, laboratories and warehousing, all managed through computer aided planning software. A strict critical path is in place and updated frequently ensuring customer demands are met on time.

Communication plays a vital role from design and development, pre-production, pilot runs through to bulk production to ensure all departments understand and work closely together and towards the same goal.

Modern plants, machinery and equipment help to ensure safe, clean garments are produced with high operator performances and increased factory efficiency. Low inventory levels help achieve low cost and high quality targets with fast throughput.
