Taha Tekstil was established as a small apparel production unit
in Istanbul. The target of this new business was to produce basic
cotton jersey garments mainly for the Europen market. All components
including fabric and accessories were sourced out of the company.
1990
Fatih Emprime was established in Istanbul to meet the growing screen
printing needs of the customers of Taha Tekstil. Today Fatih Emprime
offers it's services to may companies in and outside the Taha Group.
Also on the same year embroidery company was implemented to fully
serve the needs of embellishment on products made by companies of
Taha Group.
1993
Yavuz Tekstil was established to manufacture woven garments in
Istanbul. Today Yavuz Teksil manufacture for many well known brands
for their ranges of tailoring and casualwear including denim.
Also on the same year, circular knitting is started
to be made inhouse for the growing demand of sourcing greige fabric.
1994
The group formed Taha Holding with a view to achieve the control
and the coordination among the group companies and managing the
investments.
Trikotek was established in Istanbul for producing
knitwear garments. Company owns fully electronic flatbed knitting
machines to maintain manufacturing of best quality garments at highest
possible efficient levels.
Talu Tekstil was also established on the same year
in Istanbul as the second jerseywear garment manufacturing company
of Taha Group.
Özen Mensucat was also established in the same year
in Çerkezköy (90 km west of Istanbul) for the dying and finishing
of jersey fabrics which are needed by the Taha Group garment making
factories. Today the company serves many customers in and out of
the Taha Group.
1996
Fetih Tekstil was established in Istanbul as the 3rd jerseywear
garment manufacturing company.
1997
Another jerseywear garment making factory was built in Malatya
(1120 km south-east of Istanbul) which is a plant of Taha Tekstil
as built as a project of having facilities out of Istanbul.
1999
Talu Tekstil expanded this project with an investment in Adapazarı
(150 km south of Istanbul) aiming to produce jerseywear garments.
2001
Yavuz Tekstil also had an investment to expand it's capacity and
built a factory in Safranbolu (400 km south-east) within this project.
Also on the same year Fatih Tekstil was established
to meet demands of making special prints such as flock, caviar,
frequency printing and knitted trims such as collars and cuffs.
